Website analytics. The System uses a first-party analytics script to understand which of our posts and pages bring visitors and enquiries. It records the pages you visit, where your visit came from (for example a social media post) and, when you fill in one of our forms, the email address and name you type into it. A small cookie remembers your browser between visits; it contains a random number, not your name. This information is used only to improve our marketing, is never sold, and is kept for as long as needed for that purpose. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or contact us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

Fonts. These pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page opens. It never receives anything you type.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist we keep your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use them only to tell you when places open and to send a few questions about your business. We never share or sell them. To have them deleted, email hello@thesystem-marketing.com.
